Refund Policy

All sales are final

Rinnova Spaces is a digital subscription service. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual Starter, Pro, or Studio subscription payments, partial or prorated refunds for unused time, refunds for AI redesigns or Twilight clips that have already been generated, or refunds on Twilight add-on packs once any credit from the pack has been used.

Monthly quotas do not roll over

Each plan includes a set number of AI redesigns per month. Unused redesigns reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Unused quota is not refundable or transferable.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will be charged $0. You can cancel from your account page in one click.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused portion of any billing period or any unused monthly quota. See our Cancellation Policy for the step-by-step.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumer law normally grants a 14-day right to withdraw from digital service contracts. By generating any redesign during your free trial, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that immediate performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK law.

Exceptions

We will refund duplicate or fraudulent charges that originated from our billing system. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact rinnovaspaces@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge with the email on the account and the charge date. Refunds for verified billing errors are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
