Rinnova Spaces is a digital subscription service. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscription payments, partial or prorated refunds for unused time, or refunds for redesigns that have already been generated.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will be charged $0. You can cancel from your account page in one click.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused portion of any billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for the step-by-step.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumer law normally grants a 14-day right to withdraw from digital service contracts. By generating any redesign during your free trial, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that immediate performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK law.

Exceptions

We will refund duplicate or fraudulent charges that originated from our billing system. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@rinnovaspaces.com within 30 days of the charge with the email on the account and the charge date. Refunds for verified billing errors are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
