Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Rinnova Spaces subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no phone calls, and no "are you sure?" mazes.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Click Manage billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription in the billing portal.
During the 7-day free trial
Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Access stops at the end of the trial period.
After your trial
When you cancel a paid subscription, your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of the period; see our Refund Policy.
Switching plans
You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the billing portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and any difference is prorated by the payment processor.
Deleting your account and data
To delete your account and remove your data, cancel your subscription first, then email support@rinnovaspaces.com from the email on the account. We will delete your profile, generated images, and uploaded photos within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.
