Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Rinnova Spaces subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no phone calls, and no "are you sure?" mazes.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open your account page.
2. Click Manage billing.
3. Choose Cancel subscription in the billing portal.

During the 7-day free trial

Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Access stops at the end of the trial period.

After your trial

When you cancel a paid Starter, Pro, or Studio subscription, your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, including any remaining redesigns and pan Twilight clips in your monthly quota. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of the period, and unused quota does not roll over. See our Refund Policy.

Switching plans

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and any difference is prorated by the payment processor. Your monthly redesign and pan video quotas update to the new plan on the next billing cycle.

Walkthrough video add-on packs

Walkthrough video add-on packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Unused credits from a pack remain on your account as long as you have an active subscription or complimentary access. See the Refund Policy for details on add-on pack refunds.

Deleting your account and data

To delete your account and remove your data, cancel your subscription first, then email rinnovaspaces@gmail.com from the email on the account. We will delete your profile, generated images, and uploaded photos within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.
